The three-time Indian Premier League (IPL) winners – Mumbai Indians (MI) and Chennai Super Kings (CSK) will fight it out against each other on April 3 (Wednesday) at the Wankhede Stadium. Ahead of the nail-biting encounter, veteran off-spinner Harbhajan Singh has admitted that this clash is like Indian taking on Pakistan. Moreover, there is a massive craze among fans of both the team surrounding this game.

Meanwhile, Chennai Super Kings have got off to a flying start winning all their games so far. On the other hand, Mumbai have only won one game and finds themselves in the seventh spot of the points table. It will be an exciting clash with both teams striving for a win. Harbhajan Singh, who has ten years in the Mumbai Indians, has changed his base to Chennai last year. Ahead of the match, Harbhajan recollected what was the feeling in the Mumbai Indians dressing room before their tie against Chennai.
The veteran off-spinner even compared the game to that epic clash between India and Pakistan. Harbhajan said that previously it was both the sides who wanted to beat each other and now Chennai Super Kings are used to beating Mumbai.
“Mumbai Indians is a very popular team. It was kind of an India vs Pakistan game whenever Chennai played against Mumbai. We always wanted to beat Chennai and they wanted to beat us. But it was other way around for me (after joining CSK) to get used to beating Mumbai Indians,” Harbhajan Singh said on the Super Kings show on Star Sports.
Furthermore, Harbhajan Singh also said that Chennai Super Kings stands clear cut winner in this tie against the Mumbai Indians. They have played like a well-oiled machine and has performed as a unit. The batting has done an excellent job with Shane Watson and Ambati Rayudu leading the charge at the top. The bowling has also done a good job with their spinners containing runs in the middle overs while Deepak Chahar has provided breakthroughs with the new ball.
