Sunrisers Hyderabad added as many as seven players to their squad for the upcoming auction of the Indian Premier League. Hyderabad has completed 25 players in their squad and they still had INR 10.10 crores left in their purse. The Orange army roped in players like Virat Singh, Priyam Garg, Mitchell Marsh, Fabian Allen, Bavanaka Sandeep, Abdul Samad and Sanjay Yadav to their squad.
Hyderabad brought Jharkhand’s middle-order batsman Virat Singh for INR 1.90 crore. The left-hander who has impressed with his performances in the domestic circuit had set his base price at INR 20 lakhs. The 2016 champions were able to rope Under-19 Indian skipper Priyam Garg for the same price as Virat Singh.

Hyderabad has got a balanced side.
Meanwhile, Australia’s all-rounder Mitchell Marsh for picked for his base price of INR 2 crores by the Hyderabad franchise. The batting all-rounder Bavanaka Sandeep was grabbed at his base price of INR 20 lakhs.
West Indies batting all-rounder Fabian Allen was roped in for his base price of INR 50 lakhs. Uncapped Indian batsman Sanjay Yadav and Abdul Samad were taken in by the club for their respective base price of INR 20 lakhs.

Sunrisers Hyderabad wanted an all-rounder in their side and thus they went for Mitchell Marsh. Hyderabad has been a consistent side in the IPL and they would like to continue their good show going in the forthcoming season. The Kane Williamson-led side had qualified for the finals of the IPL 2018 and they had made the cut into the playoff stages in IPL 2019.
