Lasith Malinga’s bowling in the third T20I against New Zealand was commendable as the bowler took four wickets in four consecutive deliveries and just gave 6 runs in 4 overs. Sri Lanka set a low target of 126 runs but they had an exceptional bowler who thrashed New Zealanders. Halted them to chase the target and won the last T20I. Fan of Lasith Malinga bowling, Jasprit Bumrah, hailed the bowler.
It was such an eye-soothing moment when Malinga was taking wickets of New Zealand players. The first wicket taken by Malinga was of Colin Munro who scored 12 runs in his second over. He was clean bowled by skippers bowling. It was the 100th T20I wicket for the bowler. After that nobody was able to survive in front of Malinga’s ball.

Hamish Rutherford was batting and the ball hit into the pad. Malinga shouted out but umpire disagreed. The review was taken and vivacious Malinga got another back to back wicket.
After that, Colin de Grandhomme was out for a golden duck by phenomenal Malinga’s yorker. He got his career’s second T20I hat trick and fifth international hat-trick with that. The bowler did not stop himself there, another prey was Ross Taylor who was also out for a golden duck. Sri Lanka ceased the visitors at 88 runs.

He took four consecutive wickets of the visitors. In total, Lasith Malinga picked five wickets in the match. His performance was praised by everybody and everywhere.

Malinga’s true fan and student of the bowler, Jasprit Bumrah, also didn’t stop himself in praising the Sri Lankan bowler. The current yorker king Bumrah applauded Malinga and gave him five stars.

Lasith Malinga recently became the leading T20I wicket-taker surpassing the record of Shahid Afridi of 98 wickets in T20I. Malinga has recorded 104 Wickets in his T20I career. Though Sri Lanka didn’t win the T20I series but also didn’t give the clean sheet series victory to New Zealand. New Zealand won the T20I series with 2-1.
