The allrounder Milind Kumar has moved from Sikkim team to Tripura. Kumar was the leading scorer in 2018-2019 Ranji season with 1331 runs. He is also selected in India green squad for 2019-2020 Duleep trophy.
Kumar has scored some big hits for Sikkim. The Delhi born guy was not getting a chance to play for his hometown. He then decided to play for Sikkim, which gave him fame.

Now, he is shifting from Sikkim to Tripura because he doesn’t want to play for plate division. He has played 37 first-class matches and scored 2,539 runs with eight centuries.
“I have decided to move on and hope to play good cricket for my new team,” Milind Kumar said as quoted by Sportstar.
Though Sikkim Cricket association wanted Kumar to play for Sikkim, he selected to play for Tripura to make progress in his career.
“We wanted to continue with Milind, but he chose to play for a different team. We can’t force a player to stay back, so we issued him a NOC,” one of the officials at Sikkim Cricket Association said.
Milind Kumar has played for Delhi Daredevils (DD) and Royal Challenger Banglore (RCB) in IPL. He is also a part-time off-break bowler and has taken one five wickets, and four wickets haul in his first-class career.
