Since then, MS Dhoni hasn’t played a cricket match yet. One by one limited-overs international series is going on but Dhoni is missing from the national squad.

After the CWC 2019, Dhoni has already missed the away limited-overs series against Windies, home T20I series against South Africa and Bangladesh. Due to these consistent missing, Dhoni’s retirement speculation is growing up.

Ahead of the Bangladesh T20I series, the chief national selector MSK Prasad has even claimed that they are moving on from Dhoni and focusing on the youngsters. It has given more room to the retirement speculation of Dhoni.

However, the 38-year-old MS Dhoni is silent on his cricket future. While Dhoni has huge experiences in international cricket, he guides the youngsters very well.

MS Dhoni has a very rich record in international cricket

MS Dhoni is a top performer in various roles – as a wicketkeeper, batsman, finisher etc. He was also one of the best captains in international cricket history. India are currently busy in the home Test series against Bangladesh. After this series, India will host the limited-overs series against Windies from 6th December to 22nd December 2019. In that tour, Windies will play the three-match T20I series and three-match ODI series against the hosts India.

Now, we have to first see whether MS Dhoni will be available for the selection for the forthcoming home limited-overs series against Windies.
