Indian batsman Shikhar Dhawan opens up his bonding with Virat Kohli and MS Dhoni. Dhawan is the successful opener of the Indian team and knows his strength very well. He made international debut under the captaincy of MS Dhoni.

In the talk show “Aap ki Adalat” he chats about MS Dhoni’s future in cricket. Questions of Dhoni’s retirement are increasing and everybody is eager to know what will be his next step. Dhawan opines that questions of retirement should be left to be answered by Dhoni. He remarks that the former skipper has taken crucial decisions for the Indian team on his own. He knows very well when to take next steps, Dhawan commented.
“Dhoni has been playing for so long; I feel he understands when he should retire. This should be his decision. He has taken very important decisions so far for India in his career and I’m sure he will make the call when the time comes.”

Talking about Dhoni and Kohli’s bond, Dhawan said that he has respect for both players. He says that both are successful as the captain.
“Dhoni bhai has been quite successful as the captain of the side. We are all very grateful to him and we respect him a lot, and the same goes for Virat,” Dhawan said.
Dhawan said that Dhoni has perfect leadership skills. He guided Virat Kohli and shared his skill to the skipper. Virat has now proven to be the successful captain of the Indian team. He has also crossed the record of MS Dhoni of most victories in Test.
“When Virat was young, he guided him immensely. Even when he became the captain, Dhoni bhai was always there to help him. This is the quality of a leader. It’s good to see that Virat is showing his gratitude to him now, both are great players,” he added.
