Vijay Hazare Trophy 2019/20 has started on Tuesday (September 24) with 38 states participating in it. This platform gives young talent to come in lame light and capture the eye of selectors to make their place in the Indian team.

The one-dayer game includes Elite Group A, Group B, Group C and the Plate Group D. The top two teams from each group will fight in the quarterfinal and the top two teams will compete in final on 25th October.

Bengaluru, Jaipur and Vadodara are the venues of Elite Group. The Plate group will play at Dehradun. The final match of the trophy will be at M. Chinnaswamy Stadium (Bengaluru). The last season champions were Mumbai and runners-up were Delhi. Most time winner of the title is Tamil Nadu. All states are ready to grab the opportunity to register the victory in this season.

Many international cricketers with young talent will fight for the Vijay Hazare Trophy 2019/20.

Ishan Kishan

India A wicketkeeper-batsman Ishan Kishan has regularly impressed everyone through his batting. The player comes from MS Dhoni’s state Jharkhand and has a big responsibility towards the team. He was also in talks as a replacement for Rishabh Pant in the national team.

The player can bat on any batting order which can be profitable for Jharkhand team. The player has played 42 First Class and 59 List A cricket. His highest score in List A matches is 139 runs. The 21-year-old has been regular in domestic cricket and will have to work hard to make the place in the senior team.

Jharkhand last time won the Vijay Hazare Trophy in 2011/12 season. The team is expecting good innings from him.
