Current Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has already shown that he wants a young contingent in his squad when he called back a number of players out on loan earlier this season.

This tells us that the German manager will be scouting for young talent all around Europe for a potential move to Anfield this summer.

And it is understood from recent reports that Klopp has his eyes set on England U-17 wonder kid Andre Dozzell.

Andre Dozzell, son of former Ipswich and Spurs player Jason Dozzell has already been a revelation at the U-17 level for England and is currently the skipper of the team.

He is yet to make a senior debut for Ipswich, the club that currently owns him but he has already attracted interest from a lot of clubs in England.

The likes of Arsenal, Tottenham, and West Ham are all scouting the 16-year old but it is understood that the Reds boss is keen on getting the youngster to Liverpool this summer.

Dozzell made the bench for Ipswich for the first time last month and with not much of the season left, he may get his chance to prove himself from now to the end of the season.

Having not reached the age of 17, Dozzell cannot sign a contract with any club but he will turn 17 next month and will cost any club around £1.5million to price him away from Ipswich town this summer.

And it is understood that the Red of Merseyside are already in talks with the agent of the player whose other clients include Gareth Bale from Real Madrid.

It is also reported that Klopp has sent a number of scouts over the last few months and that he may have won the race to the signature of the 16-year old.

The Liverpool manager has already shown that he is ready to give the youngsters in the squad plenty of game time and it will be a learning curve for Dozzell.

However, it is expected that though Liverpool acquire their player, they may loan him out for a season or two before getting him into the middle of the Premier League battles.

Do you think Andre Dozzell will shine for Liverpool?
