2020 Money In the Bank had less number of matches going by the usual cards of WWE PPV events. In order to provide more depth to card, WWE has now added two more contests into it which witnesses a former WWE Champion to be back in action whereas a veteran performer will also be back to in-ring competition.

As seen on this week’s episode of SmackDown, Jeff Hardy made his return on TV appearing in an interview with Renee Young. Sheamus wasn’t happy about this and came out to interrupt questioning how many false comebacks would Jeff like to have.
The argument led to a physical brawl between the duo where Jeff Hardy stood tall hitting the pendant Swanton Bomb on Sheamus. A frustrated Celtic Warrior retreated hinting that he will be coming for redemption which may happen at Money In The Bank.

In the other new match announced by WWE.com, R-Truth will compete against MVP. This match takes place on the main pay-per-view card of Money In The Bank 2020. Truth has lately been very much vocal on Rob Gronkowski hijacking the 24/7 Championship since winning the belt at WrestleMania 36 night II on April 5.
We haven’t seen that belt getting defended on TV since that night. So the man who had the most number of runs with the belt seems to be very much unhappy with the situation.
Revealed: Will Bayley Retain Women’s Title At WWE Money In The Bank 2020?
As for MVP, he returned to WWE on the Royal Rumble 2020 pay-per-view as one of the contestants. WWE later signed him to be a producer who also competes on part-time basis on Raw programming. Now he will be part of 2020 Money In The Bank, as well which takes place on tape delay from the WWE Headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut, and WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida.
