WWE legend Kane made a rare appearance on Friday’s episode of SmackDown. He was present on the show to help Daniel Bryan in his path of redemption against WWE Universal Champion “The Fiend” Bray Wyatt. The primary speculations were that Kane was about to enter the Royal Rumble match, officially during his show-up on SmackDown.
The Fiend Defended Universal Title After WWE Smackdown Went Off The Air
Kane did talk about the Royal Rumble Match but no announcement was made whether he will be making an appearance in the upcoming match, this Sunday night. As the fans remain confused about his status at Royal Rumble, the current update regarding him suggests that he won’t be disappointing them, at all.

PWInsider.com reported that Kane is currently scheduled to work in the 30-Man Royal Rumble Match on Sunday. WWE has not made any official announcement regarding The Big Red Machine’s attendance since they want to let it happen in a surprising capacity, as of this writing.
Rumor Killer On Kane Vs. The Fiend Inferno Match
The Demon Kane appearing in the match will be an attraction as he’s one of the most consistent performers in the history of Royal Rumble.
There are currently 7 spots open for the men’s Royal Rumble Match after this week’s episode of Monday Night Raw. The event takes place at the Minute Maid Park in Houston, Texas on January 26th.
As per previous updates, Kane might continue making appearances on WWE TV even after Royal Rumble as a match could be in-store for him at the next Saudi Arabia show in February. He might end up competing in a Universal Championship match against The Fiend.
