For those who were fond of the Divas Era in WWE must have been a fan of Kelly Kelly, too. She is perhaps the most beautiful of her time who had quite a good time in the company.

Despite not being a trained pro-wrestler, she was able to go to the top of the division as WWE crowned her with the butterfly-shaped belt on two occasions. Plus, there were millions of followers of this gorgeous beauty. Vince McMahon taught Kelly Kelly how to expose!

Unfortunately, Kelly Kelly was not around the WWE for a long time as she retired only at an age of 25 years. But the six-year stint with the company gave her enough fame so that she could make it on her own in the mainstream market, thereafter.

Looking back to her journey, the California resident considers herself to be extremely lucky to be a pro-wrestler who made it big in the TV and fashion industry, too.

Kelly Kelly net worth and salary

After the passing of her father a year ago, Kelly Kelly spoke with Lilian Garcia’s Chasing Glory Podcast to note on her WWE career and many more topics.

Starting with her father, she admitted to being a WWE fan alongside him. They both used to watch the contents and it was a crazy feeling that she eventually got to compete in the same company.

“When I was in my early teenage years, I loved watching wrestling and he loved it too,” Kelly said. “We would watch it together. That was what we would do together, it was our thing. I remember my mom would walk in and be like ‘Ugh, don’t watch that, it’s too violent.’ Whenever she wasn’t around, we’d watch it,” Kelly Kelly said.

“It’s so crazy how it all happened too [about being asked to join the WWE]. When I got the phone call about them being interested in hiring me, my dad was like ‘Yes! You have to do it.’ I mean all of my family was proud, but I thought it was cool since that was our thing.” (courtesy wrestlingINC.com)

Prior to becoming a WWE wrestler, Kelly Kelly played the role of a valet, referee and ring announcer. Even before that she was a full-time model who was good in athletics.

John Laurinaitis was the one to recruit her on behalf of the company from a bikini shoot in a catalog. Alicia Fox also got the job alongside her from the same shoot.

Unlike some of the other WWE Divas, Kelly Kelly did not have to opt for cosmetic surgery to change her looks. She was always blessed with this amazing body.

So although some of the fans considered her to be just another blond in the wrestling business, she was happy with her appearance. She instead tried to bring body positivity among the females,

“I feel like for me coming into the WWE at such a young age, I never felt the need to get breast implants or change my body,” Kelly addressed. “I’ve always been very comfortable with my body…You either like my look or you don’t. I’m not going to change it for anyone. I remember some would say ‘Oh, you’re just a blond, you look like the all-American,’ and I’m like that’s my look.”

“I’m very lucky and blessed that I haven’t taken the whole social media with body influences seriously. So many girls get impacted, especially with the body image stuff and it’s so sad. I think we’re definitely coming up [with celebrating body differences and feeling comfortable about it].”
