WWE has either released or furloughed more than three dozen wrestlers, Performance Center coaches, Producers and other off-screen talents starting from this past Wednesday Night.

It was due to the business changes that were brought due to the coronavirus pandemic. We have previously reported the list of confirmed releases after COVID-19 changed from WWE business.

The former Universal Champion and the face of the Monday Night Raw brand, Seth Rollins discussed the topic to send a message to the haters. He is the biggest WWE Superstar, today who reacted to the cuts that began on Wednesday onwards. Rollins appeared to Instagram Live on Wednesday afternoon to declare his note on this whole situation.

While making his point, Seth Rollins stated that he can’t understand why such negativity is attached around the decision taken by the company. Obviously this is a tough time for the company which forced them to cut down the ties from some of the talents.

Instead of supporting or understanding the decision, some of the fans and critics are blasting Vince McMahon and co which is not fair, at all. They all need to support each other in this most crucial time,

“This is a difficult day for everyone, for all of us, and I think if there ever was a moment for us to unify, for us to kind of band together and to try to do the best we can, to keep this business alive the best we know how, that this is that moment. I think pointing fingers or saying you should have done this, or you should have done that… I don’t know, it just doesn’t feel like the time nor the place for it. I think this is a day for compassion, and for empathy, and for understanding, and to try to support each other, to pick each other up. That’s for everybody, not just the guys and girls that were let go.

“For all of us that were fortunate enough at this moment to still be able to have a position where we can collect a paycheck, and we can support those who love us and those around us, I think we have to take it upon ourselves to work harder to make sure that there’s a place for all those that had it worse today to come back to.”

Alex McCarthy of talkSPORT tweeted how Seth Rollins was given a task via these comments he made during the Instagram Live stream. Rollins responded and acknowledged to the wrestling journalist saying that it was a sad day full of contemplation. Unlike the critics of WWE, Seth Rollins continues to desire to unify & rally behind the business.

“Thanks Alex. I very much understand where all the anger & frustration is stemming from & that’s okay. This is an emotional day for all of us & some folks need to vent. For me, it’s been a lot of sadness & contemplation & a desire to unify & rally behind an industry I love,” Seth Rollins wrote.

Over on Raw, Seth Rollins has entered a feud with Drew McIntyre over the WWE Championship. As seen on this week’s episode of Monday Night Raw, he made his presence at the very end of the show when Drew McIntyre defeated Andrade in a non-title champion vs champion affair.

It was a hint that Rollins will be gearing up for another prime title match of his career that might happen at Money In The Bank 2020.
