WWE News: Update On The Miz Potentially Thinking Of Retirement
The Miz is certainly one of the busiest superstars that WWE has ever possessed. He is a Hollywood megastar who’s been a WWE Champion in his prime and also became a main-eventer at Wrestlemania.
Also, the heel character portrayed by him was perhaps all-time great. With a recent babyface turn, he’s gone a little bit soft as WWE is now using him to put over other superstars.
With things not going in The Miz’s way, there are some speculations ongoing regarding his career. Filming the new reality show Miz and Mrs alongside taking care of two babies have put enough pressure on him which is why he may intend to slow down his career. He answered the possibility of doing the same in a recent interview with metro.co.uk.
The interviewer asked The Miz whether the additional duties would force him to slow down his career or even think of retirement. The former world champion reacted in a negative way saying that he is working mas much harder as he could possibly think. He also said that he loves working and there’s no way that he is stopping anytime so,
“No, I’m working as hard as I possibly can to make sure my two daughters – as well as my wife and myself – get to lead the life that we love to lead. And I love working, I really do. It makes me happy, it makes my wife happy, and as long as my family’s happy, that’s all that matters.”
The Miz also discussed that becoming a father has changed his life. He misses his daughters all the time when he is on the road and not with them. His elder daughter Monroe Sky Mizanin loves watching WWE as it has colors which are a lot of things for her eyes to see.
After being a record eight-time Intercontinental champion in the WWE, The Miz donned a babyface persona during his storyline with Shane McMahon during Wrestlemania 35. That eventually marked the downfall of her wrestling career. For the past few months, he has barely competed in any PPV matches let alone in any main event match.
