Two of the most helmed female athletes of this generation’s WWE female roster are Ronda Rousey and RAW Women’s Becky Lynch. These two are also are the most discussed superstars who also appear to be the top two most-trolled female pro athletes on Twitter. This was revealed via new research made by BonusFinder.
On the occasion of International Women’s Day, BonusFinder tried to find out how much online jabs the professional female athletes face via tweets. The tweets have been analyzed in a way that the total number of tweets was compared to those which could be marked as negative.
Ronda Rousey On WWE Fans’ Reaction, “Man F*Ck These People”
The research revealed that Ronda Rousey is the most-trolled pro female athlete on Twitter who received 83.1% of negative tweets. Out of the 5,035 tweets Rousey received, 4,184 were marked as negative.
Ronda Rousey’s biggest rival Becky Lynch is the second most-trolled name on the list as 76.19% of Lynch’s received tweets were shown as negative. Out of the 8,705 tweets, 6,632 were negatively directed towards Lynch.
WWE Star Paige Amongst Britain’s Most Influential Female Athletes
Apart from Ronda Rousey, another MMA fighter Paige VanZant was noted who did not make it to the Top 10 due combined low number of tweets. But 734 of her 1,004 tweets were negative, which comes out to 73.11%. It’s likely that Paige is reportedly heading to AEW as she made a few appearances in recent times.

Things were negative around Ronda Rousey during her entire first run despite all the hard work and she was legit unhappy about that. After a hiatus of almost three years, she returned to WWE at this year’s Royal Rumble event. The UFC Hall of Famer won the women’s Royal Rumble match and will now go on to face Charlotte Flair for the SmackDown Women’s Championship at WrestleMania 38 Night One. Lynch will defend the RAW Women’s Title against Bianca Belair on the same night.
