WWE had a slow buildup for the first global pay-per-view event of 2020, initially. Even there was reportedly no tickets information for the Saudi Arabia audience who would be attending the show, even before three weeks remaining to the show. Now that less than fifteen days to go to the event named Super ShowDown, more details are coming around it with a brand new poster getting revealed.

Apparently, the original host venue of the show has now been changed. Also, WWE Hall of Famer Bill Goldberg and WWE Universal Champion “The Fiend” Bray Wyatt are now being featured in a new promotional poster for WWE Super ShowDown. Additionally, the Super ShowDown event was advertised from the King Fahd International Stadium in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Updated listings via local ticket selling website and WWE website have now confirmed that the show will take place at the Mohammed Abdou Arena at The Boulevard in Riyadh. Here are some more details on the new venue courtesy of wrestlingINC.com,
“The Mohammed Abdou Arena at The Boulevard is one of the venues that has been used for recent major events held in the Kingdom as they try to attract more worldwide entertainment acts to the country. The venue reportedly holds 22,000 guests, but that is not official.”

No confirmation has been received on why would WWE remove Super ShowDown from the King Fahd International Stadium, which hosted Crown Jewel 2019. The prior edition of the same event was hosted at the King Abdullah International Stadium in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
It should also be noted that the timing schedule of the pay-per-view is also now available. The local ticket website noted that Super ShowDown 2020 will start at 7:30 pm to run until 12 midnight local time. A 4.5-hour show will be in-store including a Kickoff Show or some kind of dark matches for the local audience. Catch more details on the streaming over WWE Network as reported by wrestlingINC.com,
“Doors open at 5:30 pm local time, and there will be an “opening presentation” at 7 pm. The WWE Network feed of the main show is scheduled to begin at 12pm ET or 9 am PT, which would be 8 pm local time. It looks like there could be a 30-minute Kickoff pre-show on the WWE Network, which would begin at 11:30 am ET, or the listed start of 7:30 pm local time.”
In India, Super ShowDown will go down on Thursday, February 27th around 8.30 PM onwards via WWE Network as well as the Sony Ten Network platform. The match card is yet to be shaped up fully. For now, it stands as listed below,
