Originally, WWE was about to host Backlash PPV in the month of June that has witnessed a big change in due course. They inserted the Saudi Arabia show prior to that and introduced a brand new show named WWE Stomping Grounds. This is the first time show set to take place in WWE programming that has failed to raise interests in the fans.

Consequence wise, WWE is now having a headache to sell out the tickets for Stomping Grounds. There are plenty of tickets still available for the show and the company may find it hard to finish those, as per the reports from PWInsider.com. Tickets are still available at the price of $27, $37, $57, $77, $92, $152, $227, $352, $502 and $652.

Latest revelations from the internet suggest that the two top ranges’ tickets are only finished. So there’s still a lot of tickets that the fans can avail but they are not intending to do so. WrestlingINC.com provided two significant reasons behind the same. Apparently, the audience is not ready ‘to dish out top dollar’ for rematches from the past.

They can anyway enjoy these matches on TV for free. Then again, fans have not been that much interested in the programming of Monday Night Raw or Smackdown Live. AEW has appeared as a big challenge for WWE, anyway. So the creative team must put additional efforts to invest the fans into Stomping Grounds storylines.

This might be the only way to boost up the ticket sales. Here are some additional details via the same source,

“Stomping Grounds takes place on June 23 from the Tacoma Dome in Tacoma, Washington. The arena has a capacity of 23,000, but WWE will likely set up for somewhere between 10,000 and 20,000. The arena seats 10,000 for football events, 19,100 for hockey events, and just over 20,000 for basketball and indoor soccer events.”

As of now, only one episode, each is remaining of Raw and Smackdown Live. It’ll be interesting to see whether WWE takes any measures to flow down the tickets. Here’s the current match card of Stomping Grounds PPV,
