AEW has one of the hottest professional wrestling couples in Tay Conti and Sammy Guevera. After playing hide and seek about their relationship, they made it official during New Year’s Eve after celebrating together and thereby posting some kissing pictures. They haven’t done any PDA moments, to date but their romance angle is already being used on AEW TV.
Ahead of his match against TNT Champion Sammy Guevara on this week’s AEW Rampage, Private Party’s Isiah Kassidy changed his Twitter profile picture to that of Tay Conti posing in a bikini. This came after Kassidy claimed to win the gold from Sammy, this past Wednesday night on Dynamite and also mentioned taking away his girlfriend from him.
Moving further, Kassidy also sent out a “Wassup @TayConti_” tweet along with kissing emojis. He also referred to himself and Conti as “ZayTay.” In response, Tay Conti assured Kassidy that her boyfriend, Guevara, was about to destroy him during their match.

As seen in the match, Sammy was able to retain his championship against Kassidy. He became the undisputed TNT Champion, a week before by defeating Cody Rhodes.
On Dynamite, Matt Hardy expressed disappointment in Private Party for coming up short in defeating Jurassic Express for the AEW Tag Team Championships the previous week on Rampage. Hardy then informed Kassidy that he had managed to secure a TNT Title match against Guevara. However, the disappointment continues for the Private Party.

Evil Uno vs. Adam Cole, FTW Champion Ricky Starks vs. Jay Lethal, and Thunder Rosa vs. Mercedes Martinez were the other matches for this week’s Rampage. Tay Conti has been out of action for a couple of weeks now since visiting her home country of Brazil. She took her boyfriend to the Latin country and the duo apparently enjoyed good times, together.
Tay Conti posted several photos with Sammy who got along really well with her family. There’s no update on her next match on AEW TV while her boyfriend continues to enjoy a good amount of TV time as a strong champion. The Spanish God has lived up to his gimmick and thereby proved himself to be one of the pillars of AEW.
