As per the information received from WWE, the entire class of Hall of Fame 2020 inductees was set to be inducted along with the 2021 class.
Batista was announced for last year’s class and it’s a no-brainer that he was all set to receive the honor on April 6. But it seems that it’s not happening, now as the former world champion isn’t confirmed for the show.
WWE’s official website does no longer lists Batista as part of the Hall of Famer Class of 2020 inductee. The company also scrapped the write-up for Batista’s induction either on the official preview page. While The Animal is still mentioned in the headline, the actual article dedicated to the superstar has been removed.

This appears to be confirming the exclusive report provided by Ringside News Batista is not going to be a part of the WWE Hall of Fame this year. There’s no confirmation on why this is happening.
The source previously provided an update that Batista is not slated to appear for the WWE Hall of Fame ceremony. Interestingly, though someone from the WWE officials has listed SmackDown Superstar Daniel Bryan as one of the WWE Hall Of Fame Class Of 2021 Inductees on the WWE Network. As seen in the screenshot from WWE’s official website, the multi-time world champion is set to be inducted into the prestigious club alongside Molly and Bischoff which isn’t true, at all.
It appears that the information of putting Bryan into the Hall of Fame club occurred by mistake because his wife, Brie Bella, is an inductee for the 2020 Class inductee and will get inducted during the April 6 ceremony. Bryan was rather scheduled to face Roman Reigns for the Universal Championship in the main event of Fastlane 2021 PPV, last night.
