Becky Lynch and Seth Rollins had become proud parents, as announced earlier this week. They celebrated the birth of their daughter Roux recently. The big news was out, this past Monday night as per the US standard timetable but it seems like they have kept this as a secret for a few days before finally bringing it to the public. This suits their personality as they always wanted to keep things private.
WWE recently confirmed on their post about Roux’s birth who saw lights of this world on Friday, December 4th. The announcement from both Becky Lynch and Seth Rollins for officially becoming parents wasn’t dropped until December 7th. They used their social media handles as well as the bigger platform of Monday Night Raw to make people aware of this.

It makes sense as to why they would want to wait for a little bit before going public about their parenthood. They wanted to use WWE’s platform to get things official. Prior to this, Becky Lynch also remained silent about her pregnancy for some time before finally dropping the bombshell news on the post Money in the Bank episode of Raw. Storyline wise, it was perfect as she could drop the belt to the rightful contender, Asuka who was the MITB briefcase holder.
As of now, there’s no exact update available on when Becky Lynch would eventually return to the squared circle. But she is sweating it out to make her way back to the ring as early as possible. This could be the reason why she hadn’t stopped gym sessions even with the baby in her belly. As reported earlier, a Wrestlemania match with Ronda Rousey is said to be in the pipeline, although it’s not confirmed. Ronda has also started training, probably eyeing that same match.
As for Becky Lynch’s boyfriend Seth Rollins, he won’t be out of action for long. The general idea right now is that he is looking at four to six weeks off. Being a top superstar of the roster, Vince might just call him back sooner. But Ringside News confirmed that it won’t be a lengthy hiatus,
“People wanted to know a timeframe for his hiatus, and it’s not a long one. We’ve been told that we’re likely looking at 4 to 6 weeks without the Messiah.”
