On the verge of becoming a father for the first time in his life, Seth Rollins spoke to WWE Network to provide an update about his pregnant fiancé Becky Lynch. She is fast approaching her due date who’s never showed up in public since disappearing from WWE TV, earlier this year. So there’s a curiosity about her health among her huge fanbase.
As per the update provided by Rollins, Becky Lynch is doing absolutely fine who just can’t wait to get back to work after the delivery. “She’s doing really well,” said Rollins. “Our due date is fast approaching. It’s crazy to think we’ll be parents soon. I’m sure she’s ready to get back to work just like we all are. But yeah, she’s been so incredible through the entire pregnancy.”

The coronavirus pandemic stopped WWE’s usual traveling and event schedule which used to be hectic for all the superstars. Being the marquee names, both Seth Rollins and Becky Lynch had to spend over 300 days out of their home. So working in a lighter schedule during the COVID-19 pandemic, has been a blessing in disguise for the couple.

Rollins admitted how he got a lot of times with Becky Lynch to spend at home. “In our regular WWE schedule, we’re always traveling and never get to be home,” he said. “And with my fiancé’s pregnancy, I’ve been able to spend a lot of time at home with her. I wouldn’t have been able to do this on our regular schedule.”
“The timing of that worked out really well. It’s a nice break for me both physically and mentally,” he added. (Quotes courtesy Wrestling Inc)
Seth Rollins was written off WWE programming after he sacrificed himself “for the greater good” at the 2020 edition of Survivor Series event. He asked Sheamus to Brogue Kick him and take him out of the traditional Raw vs SmackDown elimination match. Before that, he suffered back to back losses against Rey Mysterio and Murphy. Rollins is expected to be back as soon as Becky Lynch gives birth to their first child, at some point in December.
As for Becky Lynch, she’s been absent from WWE programming since May 2020, the night after Money In the Bank pay-per-view after handing the Raw Women’s Championship belt to Asuka, the Women’s Money In the Bank briefcase winner. It’s being assumed that Lynch will be back sooner after giving birth so that she can be a part of WrestleMania 37. The never-before-seen singles encounter against Ronda Rousey is being reported by some sources for the show although it’s just a rumor, as of now.
