For every two picks, SmackDown receives, RAW will receive three. This rule from the 2016 WWE Draft is the same because RAW is a three-hour show. Tag teams will count as one pick unless FOX or the USA Network specifically wants to pick only one name of that team breaking them up. WWE will declare the undrafted Superstars as free agents. They will be able to sign with any brand of their choosing, later. The Draft will continue on Monday Night on Raw that takes place at the Pepsi Center in Denver, Colorado.
Apart from the mentioned celebrities above, there will be more names attending the show as per WWE’s provided list,
* Kevin Burkhardt and Frank Thomas — FOX MLB analysts
* Terry Bradshaw, Howie Long, Jimmy Johnson, and Tony Gonzalez — FOX NFL Sunday
* Ronde Barber, Charles Davis, Chris Spielman, and Daryl Johnston — FOX NFL analysts
* Charissa Thompson, Michael Vick, and Peter Schrager — FOX NFL Kickoff
* Rob Stone, Brady Quinn, Reggie Bush, Matt Leinart, and Urban Meyer — Big Noon Kickoff

The opening contest of Friday Night SmackDown is also official with a huge stipulation added to it. Roman Reigns will take on WWE Universal Champion Seth Rollins with the winner receiving the first overall WWE Draft pick on behalf of their brand. Reigns will be representing team blue while Rollins will be representing the red brand. As of now, only one match has been confirmed for the Draft edition of Raw. The Viking Raiders will challenge RAW Tag Team Champions Robert Roode and Dolph Ziggler for the titles. There’s no Draft stipulation added for this contest.
