Charlotte Flair has been away from WWE TV for the entire summer of 2022 as she was busy with her personal life. She lost her SmackDown Women’s Championship to Ronda Rousey at Wrestlemania Backlash and was written off TV with an arm injury suffered at the hands of The Baddest Woman on the Planet. With return rumors continuing to swing around the internet, the top female superstar recently featured on a WWE Network Specials.

To promote Charlotte Flair’s latest appearance on the Broken Skull Sessions on the WWE Network show, the company posted a video of a word association game. The host Stone Cold Steve Austin named a few of her colleagues in the WWE, and she had to describe them in one word.

Charlotte Flair and Rhea Ripley had a long feud in the WWE

Top WWE Raw superstar Rhea Ripley has garnered a lot of momentums during Charlotte Flair’s absence by joining the Judgment Day faction but she can definitely expect to reengage in a feud after what The Queen has expressed during his appearances at the Broken Skull sessions.

It should be noted that Rhea Ripley kicked off her main roster run by featuring in a program with Charlotte Flair in 2020. She faced Ric Flair’s daughter at WrestleMania 36 and lost the NXT Women’s Championship.

Moving on in 2021, Ripley officially debuted as a WWE Raw Superstar and got involved in a stretched program with the Flair clan member over the RAW Women’s Championship. But then she dropped the women’s title to Flair at last year’s Money in the Bank event. Ripley got lost in the singles title picture but Charlotte Flair always maintained her spot on the top of either Raw/Smackdown until her hiatus began at WrestleMania Backlash.

With Ripley’s current status being strong by allying with the Judgment Day members, it’s only a matter of time before Ripley should soon find her way back to the title picture. Besides, a match against the current title-holder, Bianca Belair is also due.
