While speaking in an interview with Wrestling Inc, Ric Flair revealed that Charlotte Flair won’t be back until at least WrestleMania in 2021. It was noted that she is also dealing with a torn rotator cuff issues. A sensitive injury like this could have caused her a full year of action including the show of shows, as per The Nature Boy,
“So she’ll be fine just has to be patient and heal. The rotator cuffs, you got to let those heal. You gotta let the knees [heal], and I got to remind her sometimes like Seth was off for a year. She’s likely out for a year. It’s not the end. You’ll come back.”

However, there’s some good news for the fans of Charlotte Flair as she herself responded to her father’s comments. She has refuted the rumor that she will miss WrestleMania 37. She wrote on Twitter, “This isn’t remotely freaking true” in response directly to the news published by Ringside News. Now it will be interesting to see when The Queen would actually return on Monday Night RAW.

There’s no concrete update on when Charlotte Flair would show up, next. Her scheduled plastic surgery is now over for almost a month, now. But since she hasn’t indicated a return, it is likely that she could be on the silver screen, or on a major television network in an acting role that has nothing to do with her WWE character.
In the meantime, a kayfabe injury caused by Nia Jax would continue to keep her off WWE TV. There are rumors that she could be the next breakout movie star in WWE, but it’s unclear whether she intends to leave the business, completely as professional wrestling has been her first love, always. Charlotte Flair may not be back until after the biggest event of the year in 2021 and the landscape of the women’s division could also look much different by then.
