Charlotte Flair has been perhaps the most reputed athlete in the history of the WWE women’s division. Since her main roster debut in 2015, she took herself to the next level with each passing year to belong to her own orbit among thousands of performers. As her phenomenal journey continues to unfold, fans wait for The Queen to take back her Queendom, down the road.

After waiting for a number of months, it appears that the return of Charlotte Flair is finally inching closer and it should happen by the final Big-Four premium live event of the year. According to the reports in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, The Queen is scheduled to return to WWE programming. The report didn’t necessarily mention the possible timespan of that happening.

But other reports have claimed that this should happen in time for Survivor Series 2022 premium live event. With two WarGames matches scheduled for that night, as many female superstars will be required in that match to fill up the fray, who better to get added than the thirteen-time Women’s Champion?

Back at the WrestleMania Backlash 2022 premium live event, Ronda Rousey forced Charlotte Flair to say “I Quit” to win the WWE SmackDown Women’s Championship for the first time in her career. The finish came after Flair gave Ronda one last warning and wished her Happy Mother’s Day. An irate Ronda then pulled her arm through a Steel Chair and locked in the Armbar, causing her to scream, I Quit on top of her voice.

Once the match was over, WWE announced that Charlotte Flair suffered a “fracture of the radius”, basically a forearm injury. This was just a storyline injury to write the top superstar off WWE programming, as she was already scheduled to take time off from WWE TV. This time off was requested prior to WrestleMania Backlash, because of her wedding with AEW wrestler Andrade El Idolo.

Afterward, reports suggested that Charlotte Flair would be back for Summerslam to seek redemption against Ronda Rousey which wasn’t the case. Rumors suggest that she’s kept herself busy in her personal life as well as in other outside WWE ventures, leading to the delay in the WWE return.
