Chelsea Green had to suffer an unfortunate broken wrist injury during her WWE main roster debut on SmackDown, last month. As reported previously, she had to undergo surgery on her left wrist the next morning, to fix the problems. Since then, she has dropped photos on Twitter and Instagram to inform how the road to recovery has begun for her.
Chelsea Green took to her social media site, once again and sent an update to fans. She said her arm is getting stronger, with each passing day as this rehabilitation process is getting easier for her.

Currently, there is no proper timeline for her recovery but she is staying more than positive about the return. While the debut could have been a big one on Smackdown handing her a spot at Survivor Series 2020, the reality was the complete opposite. However, Chelsea Green suffered the same kind of injury during her NXT debut. So she’s considering this to be just a speed bump for her career.
According to Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio, Chelsea Green was originally slated to win the Fatal 4-Way Survivor Series qualifier against Natalya, Tamina Snuka, and Liv Morgan, last month. Those plans were altered when Green bumped off the apron by Morgan and got legitimately hurt. She was forced to lay outside the ring until the finish of the match. As a result, Morgan secured a spot on Team SmackDown.
The source also noted that Chelsea Green was originally supposed to debut on Monday Night Raw earlier this year when Paul Heyman was serving as the Executive Director of the show. Those plans were obviously dropped after Heyman was fired from his position this past June, and Green tested positive for COVID-19. Meltzer added that particularly, Heyman was the one “who wanted Chelsea on Raw”. In his absence, the debut was postponed.
