If Monday Night Raw belonged to Roman Reigns, then his Stomping Grounds opponent converted Smackdown to his show to deliver a major statement. Drew McIntyre picked The Miz as the victim on the show to lay him out with a vicious assault. Prior to that, Shane McMahon was out with Drew McIntyre and Elias to emphasize on the fact how the Scottish Psychopath will dismantle The Big Dog at Stomping Grounds.

New 24/7 Champion Crowned On Smackdown Live
Soon, The Miz interrupted opposing the idea that made McMahon irate as he announced a tag team match right away. The Miz teamed up with R-Truth against Elias and Drew McIntyre. The match took place under elimination rule as Elias kneed Truth to pin him and take him out of the match. The Miz was alone thereafter who received a Glasgow Kiss followed by a Claymore to suffer the loss. McMahon then instructed McIntyre to deliver two more Claymore kicks alongside a beatdown to leave The Miz lying in the ring.
Roman Reigns was finally able to draw back some momentums towards himself on this past edition of WWE Raw. He single-handedly destroyed Shane McMahon and Co. by trespassing into their VIP lounge. The Revival and Drew McIntyre suffered the initial heat whereas Shane took the bullet upon himself with a thorough beatdown.
This left chances open that he could fire back with these goons on Roman Reigns. Especially, Drew McIntyre could go absolutely berserk to deliver a statement on The Bog Dog as these two are set to collide at Stomping Grounds in a match. Preview from this week’s Smackdown also did not wipe out the chances of the same,
“Last night on Raw, Drew McIntyre seemingly crossed the line when he targeted Roman Reigns’ family in a war of words, just days before their battle at WWE Stomping Grounds. The Scottish Psychopath’s rant sent The Big Dog into a rage. Reigns hunted down McIntyre in Shane McMahon’s VIP room, where The Big Dog slammed McIntyre through a table. Will there be any fallout from this wild throwdown just five nights before Reigns and McIntyre square off at Stomping Grounds?”
There was indeed a huge fallout waiting on Smackdown as Drew McIntyre seemed hell-bent to deliver the strongest message possible to Roman Reigns. The beatdowns on The Miz should have provided him a ton of momentums around Stomping Grounds.
