Roman Reigns returned to the WWE TV after taking four months’ hiatus to battle leukemia in the month of February. Since then the Roman Empire has not been fully effective so to speak. He has not been on the main event spotlight ever since then and competing in the mid-card level which might not suitable for the franchise player of the WWE.

Will The Undertaker Compete At Summerslam 2019?
AJ Styles-Led The Club To Get A Fourth Member
The Big Dog has appeared at WrestleMania 35 against Drew McIntyre and has teamed up with The Undertaker at Extreme Rules. These are the two most memorable matches for him ever since the comeback. It’s painful for his fans that WWE still does not have an opponent reserved for him at Summerslam. With just three weeks away from the show, we expect a storyline starts revolving Roman Reigns on either Raw or Smackdown.
Nothing but RESPECT.

At this point, it’s tough to predict who Roman Reigns could work with at the biggest event of the summer. Ever since Wrestlemania 35, he has been in a program with the heel duo of Shane McMahon and Drew McIntyre. As per a source, it looks like WWE will take a ‘predictable route’ to culminate this feud at Summerslam 2019.
Local ads around the host city of the event, Toronto suggested that Drew McIntyre will compete in a match against The Undertaker. But the latest from Dave Meltzer suggested that this match is no more present on Summerslam match card. This may be due to WWE’s intention of booking Roman Reigns against the Scottish Psychopath, once more.
Additional speculations around this match suggest that WWE might add a special stipulation with it to ensure that fans do care about it. Also, McIntyre is the favorite to come out as the winner at Summerslam after losing twice to Roman Reigns in PPV singles contests. This would help him to move forward into the Universal Championship picture against Seth Rollins who is likely to retain the title from Lesnar on the same night.
Previously, the updates were that Roman Reigns will feature in a rematch from Summerslam 2014 against Randy Orton. But The Viper has recently pinned Kofi Kingston on Smackdown to move forward into the WWE Championship picture. These two must be battling for the title at the biggest party of the summer from the blue brand.
