Fan Wants Lana To Be Fired From WWE; Husband Rusev Responds

Fans’ opinion about Lana just doesn’t tend to change, much as she continues to remain a polarizing figure. She doesn’t get to wrestle much on TV but dancing around on TikTok videos in skimpy outfits does help a lot while trying to increase social media followers. She has become a fashionista cum model as of late who often channels this side of her.

Probably, based on this, a fan passed on some harsh comments on her. Former WWE Superstar and her husband Miro aka Rusev had a few choice words to that fan who opined on how WWE should have fired the Ravishing Russian instead of him. The fan later deleted the tweet after Miro responded.

Lana, Lana WWE

The fan’s tweet reads as follows, “Why does everything with @NatbyNature and @LanaWWE have to be so cringe. And since Lana can’t wrestle just gotta find something to do with her. Ugh wish they kept @ToBeMiro and fired Lana. Now Everytime Lana is on screen it’s bathroom break #alwaysrusevday”

It’s certain that some of the WWE fans aren’t happy with the fact that WWE didn’t properly utilize Rusev to the fullest and they do have some bad feelings. It seemed weird to them as the company fired him but kept Lana WWE under contract who is often not counted as a wrestler.

However, her husband has a completely different perspective of seeing things. Below is how he fired back at the fan,

Miro replied, “Hey you know what F you, dude. Wishing for somebody to be fired speaks volumes of a shi–y person. Fix your shi–iness now before you pass it down.”

The Bulgarian Brute Rusev was released by WWE, last April and he is done with the 90-day no-compete clause on July 18. He was supposed to jump ship to a different wrestling promotion that wasn’t the case.

It was noted in July, during a Q&A on Twitch session, that he was over with wrestling stint. Now he just wants to be a professional Twitcher, YouTuber, and content creator.

Alicia Atout recently spoke with Natalya who is currently involved with Lana in a storyline. So she came up in the conversation. The Queen of Hearts had a ton of praise on Lana’s ability. She also said that people don’t get how good her future tag team partner is in the ring. Check out the full statement given by the veteran wrestler.

“And I feel like people don’t understand how good Lana actually is, especially in the ring. You’ve only seen a little bit of what she can do because she’s been a manager for so long. I truly think that once Lana gets her sea legs and people can actually see her compete in the ring, I actually feel like we’re gonna be tag team champions.

I feel like we can take on Sasha [Banks] and Bayley for the Women’s Tag Team Championships and I think Lana is, and I’m gonna stand by this. I think she’s one of the greatest, untapped female talents in WWE that you haven’t even seen that in-ring side of her.” (transcription by Post Wrestling)
