Liv Morgan has had the best phase of her WWE career since the summer of 2022 when she won the Money in the Bank briefcase and in turn managed to clinch her first singles title win. Although Ronda Rousey ended that reign earlier than expected, the former Riott Squad member got added to the tag team division to make a splash by winning more titles.

Everything was going in her favor until Liv Morgan ended up suffering an injury on two separate occasions to get permanently sidelined from action. A shoulder injury ended her first tag title reign while her second tile reign also ended in a similar way after reaggravating that same injury if the reports are to be believed. Now, she’s going through a comeback process which is admittedly keeping her healthy.

For the first time since taking time off WWE TV, Liv Morgan opened up about her road to recovery in an interview with Muscle and Health. When discussing her diet chart, she also talked about the food that she loves to keep possessing a healthy lifestyle,

“My diet has actually been a huge work in progress. I love desserts, I love pasta. I love to indulge. I’d like to say I eat clean 90% of the time, with 10% indulgence lapses, but the real numbers are more like 70/30. It took me a while to fully understand that proper fuel makes for better athletic performance.”

Liv Morgan intakes lots of fruits and vegetables to keep herself healthy

Liv Morgan also added in the interview how it becomes tough to intake proper and regular food while traveling for WWE shows on a regular basis. Most of the time, the WWE performers are forced to eat fast foods but being a health-conscious person, she always looks forward to avoiding those stuff and rather consume fresh fruits and vegetables.

“To have the willpower to act on that at 2 am when you’ve got a 4-hour drive to the next show is really difficult. The only places that are open are fast food outlets a lot of the time. I’m actually out injured right now and aside from healing up, my focus has been on my nutrition, so it’s been really exciting honing in on that,” Liv Morgan made a bold statement on her return.

“I want to come back in the very best shape of my life, so right now, I am eating clean, tons of fresh fruits and veggies. I’m basing my carb intake on the amount of physicality and energy I expend each day. I do believe life is about balance, though, so I still order a cheeky little dessert with dinner sometimes.”
