Triple H is expected to make a full recovery, according to WWE’s statement while it was never mentioned exactly what procedure he’s undergone. No exact date of the surgical process was also noted. We can only expect to get recovered as early as possible and get back to the road with the WWE for his day-to-day duties. At this point, he’s resting up at home to get back on track.
WWE NXT: Fatal-4-Way; Title Match And More Set For Next Week
Triple H will still be running WWE NXT
In Triple H’s absence, his NXT brand is going through a lot of changes. The September 14th show will mark a new era for the black and gold brand with Vince McMahon and Bruce Prichard being in charge. The Game might not be there to see the actions, live. But we hope that he will soon be back with his boys and the creative responsibilities for the brand.
Fans did worry a bit after reports went viral that senior McMahon is taking things over on the NXT brand. According to a report from Wrestle Votes, Triple H, Shawn Michaels, William Regal, and Matt Bloom will still be in very much control of things even after the brand gets a revamp. The contents of NXT is still likely to get changed a bit as the report claims the following,
“After talking to sources regarding NXT: the day to day operation isn’t changing that drastically. Still very much in the hands of HHH, HBK, Regal, Bloom etc. However, the look of the weekly TV product will have a “Vince & Co” stamp on it. I expect it to be subtle to start… then?”
WWE NXT returns to live format from next week onwards and it will be interesting to see what new they’ve to offer.
