Trish Stratus is someone who is often considered to be the most important trailblazer for the WWE Women’s Division. Without the likes of her or Lita, there won’t ever be any Women’s Evolution in the WWE in the first place. The veteran occasionally comes back to the WWE whenever the company requires her and that will continue to be the scene for the foreseeable future.
WWE Universe actually expected Trish Stratus to get physical in a ring during her homecoming in Toronto, this summer which wasn’t the case. Perhaps, a health scare didn’t allow her to teach a lesson to Bayley despite having a couple of rough confrontations.

It appears that Trish Stratus recently underwent successful surgery to remove her appendix. It was revealed via social media by herself that she drove herself to the hospital after realizing that she was dealing with “a nagging pain” in her lower right quadrant. After getting diagnosed in the hospital, she discovered that her appendix was about to burst out. The medical team took a wise decision on their part to rush her to the emergency room and perform surgery.

Trish Stratus shared a note on her health scare
Alongside the lengthy note, as given below, Trish Stratus also shared a video of herself at the hospital. She noted that she was “working through the pain” after “a crampy 10-hour travel day” in early September. She was also preparing to make an announcement about something special until realizing that the pain was “getting pretty intense” and had to be cured. The WWE Hall of Famer didn’t want to put her health at risk and drove herself to the hospital to get tended to.
“A reminder that if you ever have a nagging pain in your lower right quadrant – do go to emergency…,” Trish Stratus captioned her post on Instagram.
“I have a pretty high pain tolerance so when what I thought was ? cramps but ended up getting pretty intense I drove myself to emergency and turns out my appendix was getting ready to burst – which can be really bad if it happens and like cause death and stuff so I’m really glad I went to check it out, you know to avoid the whole dying thing.”
There’s no update on what Trish Stratus was trying to announce but there have been rumors of her returning to the ring for one more match, possibly against Becky Lynch or Bayley. During the 8/22 episode of WWE Raw in Toronto, she teased coming out of retirement in a segment also featuring Bayley’s Damage CTRL stable.
