Being a popular superstar of this generation, WWE Universe does want to witness Paige making an in-ring comeback, down the road. The possibility of witnessing the same has become high given that the likes of Daniel Bryan, Edge, and Christian Cage have overcome similar neck injuries to be back in action in the recent past.

Now, Paige has herself added some fuels to her in-ring return rumors. She tweeted out a comment indicating that she’s potentially looking forward to wrestling once again.

“I’m not done yet. [flexed bicep emoji],” the short statement on Twitter noted.

Paige also did a Twitch stream a few hours ago to mention that she’s working hard to come back to wrestling, according to Denise Salcedo of Instinct Culture. She wants this to be a huge surprise and hence she doesn’t plan on telling anyone about it or when it’ll happen. Being a lengthy process, it would obviously not be happening tomorrow, but she’s mentally ready for it and plans to record her everyday progress on this road to recovery.

While the youngest Divas Champion in WWE’s history previously hinted about a comeback, there’s no update on whether WWE is interested to let it happen on their programming. If they want to do so then the company would have to renew the deal which is about to come to an end.

Paige last worked in a match in December of 2017 where a kick from Sasha Banks almost sent her into a paralytic condition. Since then, WWE has used her in non-wrestling roles like being the General Manager of SmackDown, managing Asuka and Kairi Sane, or be a part of the WWE Backstage show on FS1. Since the cancellation of the show, the former champion wasn’t seen on WWE TV.
