Rhea Ripley is considered to be a future superstar of the mainstream Women’s roster of the WWE and she is ready to steal the spotlight in weeks to follow. Recent reports suggest that NXT star Damian Priest was set to debut on SmackDown which was canceled. He is still waiting to make his debut on RAW later this month instead. Another one from NXT is also on the waiting list.
According to the reports of PW Insider, Rhea Ripley is on her way to the main roster, as well. Her loss at NXT New Year’s Evil was a way of sending her off the black and yellow brand where she served for the past couple of years, like a true warrior. Now it’s time for her to showcase her skills in the bigger scene and against the bigger names.

Rhea Ripley Moving To WWE Main Roster From NXT
It should be noted that Rhea Ripley debuting on the main roster is a long-time coming. This is also not the first time that we’ve heard rumors or reports about the same but it never became a reality. Hopefully, WWE won’t change their mind, this time around and will make the debut happen around the WrestleMania season to give her the opportunity she deserves.

As mentioned above, if Rhea Ripley is called up from NXT then she could possibly join Damian Priest. WWE had plans for him to debut on SmackDown which were nixed. There is no word on which brand the former NXT Women’s Champion would land, but it’s good to know that she is on her way to the main roster after a long wait.
Words are going round that since Chelsea Green has recently joined the SmackDown brand from NXT, perhaps WWE will send Rhea Ripley to the Raw brand. This makes sense, too as the red brand was in need of some star power, lately. However, Charlotte Flair has returned to action while Becky Lynch has also delivered her baby in December and she is also likely to make a comeback.
It should be noted that Rhea Ripley has the experience to compete on the main roster. She is the first and only NXT wrestler to compete in the main card of WrestleMania as Charlotte Flair challenged her for the NXT Women’s Title, last year. Even before that in 2019, she represented the NXT brand during the Survivor Series tag team elimination match for the women’s division.
