There have been tons of speculations around Sasha Banks and Naomi’s WWE status over the past couple of months. It appears that a reliable source has now come up with some interesting detail where it was hinted that the two are no longer listed on WWE’s internal rosters.
After walking out of WWE Raw TV tapings in early May, WWE continued to list Sasha Banks and Naomi on their internal rosters. In the latest update, Mike Johnson of PWInsider has reported that the situation has since changed.
Sasha Banks Reveals She Felt Sad Every Day In WWE In 2019
While nothing has been made official regarding the situation on WWE’s part, it appears that the move was made in the last couple of days,
“While there has been no official indication they have been released, PWInsider.com can confirm that both Sasha Banks and Naomi were removed from WWE’s Internal roster over the last 24 hours.”
In a follow-up update on the situation from FightFul Select, Sasha Banks and Naomi disappeared from WWE’s internal rosters as far back as “weeks” ago. However, that reflect hasn’t been shown on the official website of the company.

Prior to these two reports coming out around Sasha Banks and Naomi, Raj Giri of Wrestling INC noted that the former name has already been released by the WWE,
“Here’s what I know about Sasha Banks. She was released on June 10th and it came from Erika Schreiber, VP of Business and Legal Affairs for Talent Relations. As for why WWE has not said anything or removed her, the rumor is that leadership is trying to smooth things over.”
It was back on the May 9th episode of Monday Night Raw that Sasha Banks and Naomi opted to walk out of a TV taping since they weren’t happy about their booking as the Women’s Tag Team Champions. This came even after the fact that WWE has them booked for singles championship opportunities at WWE Hell in a Cell.
Consequence-wise, WWE suspended both Sasha Banks and Naomi without pay and also called their conduct unprofessional on live TV. Given the current context, it could only be a matter of time before WWE should officially announce their release, down the road. There’s no update available on whether they’ll be free agents, right away.
