Sasha Banks has been enjoying the best run of her WWE career throughout 2020 and she wants to continue the same, this year, too. Apparently, she was almost done with her WWE career back in 2019 after WrestleMania 35. Since making a comeback to the company in August of that year, WWE gave her so many opportunities that the veteran wrestler didn’t have to look back.
In 2020, Sasha Banks won the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championships, RAW Women’s Championship, and the Smackdown Women’s Championship. At one point, she and her former BFF Bayley captured all the gold present on the female roster. Once that was over, she also had a tremendous rivalry with Bayley that was nominated for the Rivalry of the Year category, too.

Since the announcement was made, congratulations are pouring in for Sasha Banks and she is enjoying the same. She reacted in her signature style using her social media handles. Over on Instagram, she noted how it’s okay to be the best. On Twitter, she wrote,
“Of course I’m #1 in the world.”
Sasha Banks also re-tweeted the post by Sports Illustrated mentioning her number-one spot, saying the following,
“We all know you’re inspired, it’s okay to say it.”
Alongside those, stunning pictures of her were added with SmackDown Women’s Title around her waist. Some may say that the 6-time Champion is gloating about her success while she is certainly portraying her Legit Boss gimmick. Be a babyface or heel, her attitude almost remains the same.
A few months ago, during an edition of his Hall Of Fame podcast, 2-time WWE Hall Of Famer Booker T discussed his heat with the SmackDown Women’s Champion, Sasha Banks. She talked about this extraordinary attitude while confirming that he doesn’t hate it.
“I gave her a test on Talking Smack and she passed. I asked her ‘Where does she think she ranks as far as females of all time?’ She gave the right answer. She said she is #1, #2, #3, #4, #5 of all time. I could appreciate that.
But Sasha Banks, she rubs me the wrong way a little bit, it could be her attitude. The thing is, I’m sure you people out there who perhaps made those comments, I’m sure someone that you’ve met rubs you the wrong way and perhaps is not your favorite person.
I did not say I hate her. I said I did not like Sasha. That could mean a lot of things. My thing is this. Sasha Banks and I, that’s between us. Stay in your lane and trust me, you will do a whole lot better for yourself. You don’t want to cross in my lane.”
