Potential Hell In A Cell Main-Event Announced On WWE Raw
The team of Sasha Banks and SmackDown Women’s Champion Bayley competed against WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Nikki Cross and Alexa Bliss in a non-title match on WWE RAW. After Bayley injured Bliss, Sasha Banks picked up a submission win over Cross via the Bank Statement. The two heels went for an onslaught attack on Cross until Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair ran out to the ring.

The two babyfaces cleaned house on WWE RAW sending the heels away from the ring. A frustrated Sasha Banks issued a challenge for Becky Lynch at Hell in a Cell. Becky confirmed that the rematch from Clash of Champions will take place but this time it will be inside the Cell structure.

The Women’s Championship picture had a drastic makeover following the return of Sasha Banks. She made a surprising show-up after Summerslam targeting Natalya and Becky Lynch. Her main goal was to focus on the WWE RAW Women’s Championship that she has not captured for more than two years ago. The strong champion did not back down from the challenge setting up the title match at Clash Of Champions.
As we have all seen, the match ended in an unprecedented manner at the pay-per-view show. The match was likely to steal the show but it had to end in a dud manner just to ensure that the feud can stretch along. Also, the Women’s Champion, Becky Lynch herself claimed that the beef is not over between them. She is yet to seek redemption against Sasha Banks which was a clear hint that these two will have another match at the next pay-per-view event, Hell in a Cell.
WWE.com also hinted that the feud will continue with the following statements,
“Sasha Banks didn’t win the Raw Women’s Title at Clash of Champions, but she did beat Becky Lynch, earning a disqualification victory over The Man thanks to Lynch’s errant attack on a referee with a steel chair. Becky got the better of her blue-haired foe at the end of the night, downing Banks in a wild brawl that unfolded throughout the arena, but there remains an air of unfinished business between these two. Will Banks make another play for The Man and the spotlight? Safe to say you can bank on it; the only question remains when and how she’ll make her move.”
Well, she made the move by demanding a rematch. It will now take place inside the demonic structure known as Hell in a Cell. We hope these two Four-Horsewomen members will deliver yet another classic.
