The Undertaker v John Cena rumored as Wrestlemania main event

According to PWInsider.com WWE officials are currently discussing the thoughts of having The Undertaker vs. John Cena as the main event of Wrestlemania 32 and if Vince gives it a green signal then WWE Creative is heading towards to execute the plan perfectly.

Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling observer was thrown into a red herring of Wrestlemania. Meltzer noted that someone from WWE had contacted him out of the blue and said that Taker and Cena were supposed to be booked at different angles at Wrestlemania but now after Seth Rollins’ sudden injury WWE Creative is planning to have this main event.

As for now Cena is taking his time off and scheduled to be returned at the next Madison Square Garden live special on December 26th claiming his rematch for the US title against Del Rio. The Undertaker is booked for a feud with Bray Wyatt to celebrate his 25th anniversary in WWE at Survivor Series. Both these feud expected to be finished during by this year’s end. And things can take a turn from this year’s Royal Rumble to build up this mega match.

The last time these two had faced each other was in Vengeance PPV in 2003 and Cena was a new arrival then. So from that perspective this rivalry sounds fresh. And considering these two names are biggest in the Sports Entertainment today, this clash is going to be one epic and huge crowd puller. Special mention here, this year’s Wrestlemania is going to be hosted from The Undertaker’s home state of Texas and many speculates that this is going to be the last appearance for Taker at the grandest stage of them all. And if that is the case, there’s no better way to sign of the legend letting the two bests wrestle at Wrestlemania 32.
