Toni Storm was considered to be a bright female superstar on the WWE roster on whom the company could have invested on a long-term basis. After a decent main-roster debut, all the way back in July 2021, she was simply taken off TV to the surprise of the fans. She eventually returned for a one-off occasion but without anything significant going around her it was just about time to get released.
That happened for good as WWE granted release to Toni Storm who has become a free agent, once again. She wasn’t doing anything in the WWE and now it must be time for her to shine bright in the familiar independent scene. In the meantime, she’s also dragging quite the attention on social media.

As seen via her social media posts, Toni Storm has debuted a new look in recent times. She chopped hairs off and also dyed a portion black. She posted pictures in this look in the past but the latest snap appears to be quite stunning where fans might have to take a close look to recognize her.
The former WWE Superstar took to her Instagram and shared a jaw-dropping photo of herself in pink lingerie. She was simply looking stunning than ever which led to comments from several female pro-wrestlers, Kelly Kelly wrote ‘beautiful,’ Renee Young wrote ‘what a babe,’ while former Peyton Royce in WWE wrote ‘Wtf how?’ in the comment box to throw praise to the talented superstar.

Toni Storm was unhappy with WWE creative
Toni Storm was just getting the least screen time on Smackdown and she wasn’t happy about it. WWE put her in a way after her return as it looks like she was going to chase Charlotte Flair for the SmackDown Women’s Championship. But nothing fruitful for her came out of that storyline that eventually led to the release.
According to a previous report on Fightful Select, Sean Ross Sapp reported that the primary belief within WWE was that Toni Storm requested her release from WWE which was granted. But her departure would have likely come with a 90-day non-compete clause.
“I spoke to within WWE believe Toni Storm asked for her release from the company. The memo that went out did not list budget cuts as the reason, as has been tradition of late.”
Since the no-compete clause attached to the Australian superstar isn’t over, she can’t compete for any other promotions. But she recently started taking bookings. There’s also a strong belief that AEW might be interested in signing her.
