Rey Mysterio debuted at an age of just 14
Rey Mysterio became a sensation from an early age that would go on to become a phenomenon, later. After getting training from his uncle Rey Mysterio Sr., he received the opportunity to compete in Mexico on April 30, 1989. He was just 14 years of old when he continued performing with names like “La Lagartija Verde (The Green Lizard)” and “Colibrí (Hummingbird)”.
