It is almost certain that none other than WWE’s favorite Renee Young will be the main host of the talk show named WWE Backstage. Now The Big Lead is reporting that the show begins on Tuesday, November 5. To grace the position of co-host, we may get to see former WWE Divas Champion Paige. Accompanying them could be a couple of WWE Hall of Famers, too.

Edge, & Christian are all being considered for the co-hosting role. We previously reported that Booker T was under consideration as well.

Several names are in the run of co-hosting the show that includes Booker T, Edge, and Christian,

“The show will be hosted by current WWE talent Renee Young. Who will be joining her is not yet decided. Several names are being discussed including, but not limited to, Booker T, Edge, Christian, and Paige.” (Via ringsidenews.com)

Earlier to this, WrestleVotes also confirmed the same saying that Renee Young would be hosting the SmackDown follow-up show with Booker T. Renee would also be moving to SmackDown Live, permanently. The two hosts would be knowing each other from earlier. But the latest report confirms that the finalization of the panel is yet to become official.

Meanwhile, ringsidenews.com also reported that there’s some sort of auditioning going around the upcoming FOX talk show for the WWE legends,

“This LA-based weekly show will also include the talents of Cathy Kelley. It is reported that she will be splitting up her time between the FS1 show and NXT from this point on. It was also reported that WWE has had several legends in over the past few weeks auditioning for the new show.”

Speaking of hosting these kinds of shows, Booker T has been a regular name on pre-show PPV panels as well as on the WWE RAW commentary team. As for Edge and Christian, they have had a WWE Network special show in the last couple of years. Paige has been acting as the manager of Asuka and Kairi Sane on SmackDown before undergoing another neck surgery, earlier this year. WWE Universe must be thrilled to see this charming lady back onboard.
