Nikki Bella remains one of the most influential figures in professional wrestling despite the fact that she barely wrestles, these days. A well-documented neck injury forced her to go out of action when she was on top of her game. Eventually, she managed to come back in action for some one-off occasions and she might continue to do so in the future.
If and when Nikki Bella comes back, she must be having a particular match in mind against her former rival Ronda Rousey. The UFC legend debuted in WWE at the end of the 2018 edition of the Royal Rumble and stole the spotlight from WWE women, that night.

Rousey went on to become the WWE RAW Women’s Championship and held it for almost eight months before dropping it at WrestleMania 35 in 2019 in the first All-Women main event in the show’s history. Among all the names, she defeated in order to stretch her title reign, Nikki Bella was one of them. Hence, the latter wants a piece of Rousey, again.

Nikki Bella yet not over with the loss to Ronda Rousey
Nikki Bella and Brie Bella competed during the first-ever all-women premium live event, Evolution back in 2018. In the main event of the show, Nikki squared off against Rousey for the RAW Women’s Championship. In a dominant outing, Rousey would end up beating Bella in order to retain her title and send her back to retirement.
Now, while speaking on the This is Paris podcast, Nikki Bella talked about that match against Ronda Rousey. The longest-reigning WWE Divas Champion made it clear that she would love to have another match with The Baddest Woman on the Planet,
“I think one day that I would like to relive was when we — once in like the lifetime of wrestling, we got to have an all-women’s pay per view, and Ronda Rousey and I main-evented it with Brie. It was historic and just what we fought for, and I remember I was going through a lot mentally at that time and had to hide it because I was going through my breakup.
It was already an epic moment but inside, I know it could be even more epic. Evolution, I’d relive it and I’d beat Ronda, I wouldn’t lose, I’d actually beat her.” (quotes courtesy Wrestling INC)
As you can see, Nikki Bella also claimed to pick up a big win over the icon of combat sports. Given that she’s a veteran in professional wrestling, it may not be that much tough for her. That being said, we have to wait and see whether WWE would bother to book that match.
