WWE News: Big Name From WWE Raw Removed From Mixed Match Challenge
Jan 5, 2018 at 4:29 PM
As reported earlier Enzo Amore was suffering from the flu owing to which he was unable to attend this week’s WWE Raw. A Cruiserweight Championship match was reserved for him against Cedric Alexander who never took place. Now, the more bad news is waiting for the superstar’s fans.
According to the updates from stillrealtous.com, the Cruiserweight Champion was removed from Mixed Match Challenge show. It will start to stream live on Facebook from January 16 onwards, as per the earlier confirmations from WWE. Some of the big names from the male division will team up with the female names to take on another mixed tag team.
Enzo Amore was a part of the roster from WWE Raw, as announced by Kurt Angle. But, with the recent updates coming in, it is not likely that he will participate in the path-breaking show concept sketched by the WWE. Check out the updates from the source:
“It looks like the flu bug Enzo Amore has must be a pretty strong one because he’s been pulled from the upcoming WWE Mixed Match Challenge series. This is a very interesting decision seeing how the debut episode isn’t set for January 16th. But apparently, he needs more than two weeks to recover.”
According to the comments from the Raw general manager, Kurt Angle, the superstar from WWE Raw will be replacing the Certified G, sooner. It also means that the ‘realest’ champ in the room will not be performing in the house shows, going forward. Also, his appearance is in jeopardy, as well in the first-ever 205 Live tour.
@real1 has the flu and thus I must replace him in the Mixed Match Challenge. #WWEMMC

Enzo is not the only one who is suffering from the bitter consequences of the winter season in America. Before this week’s WWE Raw, it was reported on The 434 Facebook page that Braun Strowman was dealing with the flu, as well and might be kept off the show.
However, being the monster, he was able to make his presence felt on the flagship show and deliver a beatdown on Heath Slater and Rhyno. We can only hope Enzo recovers from the disease as early as possible and gives relief to the creative heads.
