Last week, both Monday Night Raw and Smackdown Live came live from the Air Canada Centre in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The entire WWE roster had to cross the border in order to conduct a bunch of shows. The notable absence from the shows was The Hardy Boyz who did not perform on the house shows as well as on Raw.

Since this happened without a proper update, the fans started speculating if there’s any ongoing issue between Hardyz and WWE. But, that is not the case according to the reports from According to them, Jeff Hardy still has some issues moving across the border in Canada and hence WWE could not take him alongside the roster.

Apparently, The Hardy Boyz was supposed to compete in a match against Gallows and Anderson in a house show in Halifax, Canada and then move on to Toronto for Raw. However, since they were not able to travel, The Revival took on Gallows-Anderson in a match with the heel vs. heel equation. This is the same match where Scott Dawson suffered a bicep injury to get sidelined for an indefinite time.

The issue with Jeff Hardy was not known to WWE, as well. This is the reason why they have put them in the preview for Monday Night Raw prior to the show. The article hinted that The Hardyz might have been ‘awoken’ recently which is quite similar to their TNA ‘broken’ gimmick. In the end, they could not make it to the show to the much disappointment of the fans.

Apparently, the plan was to send Matt Hardy alone to Canada so that he can be present at backstage and cut a promo. This would be a much similar promo to that of their ‘broken’ persona. However, the segment was called off, later.

Jeff has been dealing with the travelling issues since he had been involved in drug issues for the better part of 2009. At that point, he was accused of keeping drugs, trafficking that led to an arrest in the month of September. He was sentenced to jail for 10 days and kept under probation for a span of 30 days.
