We have reported it earlier about WWE Superstar Sheamus suffering from a concussion. It’s his neck that was giving a lot of troubles for the past couple of years putting his career in jeopardy. Doctors already warned him about it and hence he has to get less physical while competing in a match. Once Wrestlemania was over, he had to take hiatus from in-ring competition.

Now a competitor like Sheamus was always an asset to the company. If you go back in 2009, this man had a meteoric rise to the championship picture like no one else. After all, he defeated franchise player John Cena to win the WWE Championship within just months of the debut. Overall, he became world champion for five different occasions to become a top superstar.

It’s sad to know that injury might be ending his career, real quick. As posted in a picture on Twitter, Sheamus may have already got over with his wrestling stint. He may be heading to become a WWE official aka referee. If this happens then he may become the first former world champion in the WWE to play the role of a referee.

The Celtic Warrior has changed his look as seen in the post. Although he was sitting with his rear portion to the camera, we could later see that the Mohawk is no more there on his head. His early straight hair will also not be returning if we are true. Hopefully, we will see him in public, sooner. The fact that Sheamus was wearing a referee’s t-shirt confirms that he is transitioning to this brand new role.

No reports are available on the exact condition of Sheamus, as of now. Last month Batista talked to Wrestling Sheet Radio to reveal that he may never come back to wrestle on a full-time basis,

“[Sheamus] is ready to go, he wants it, he’s so hungry, he’s in great shape. They’re just not sure what they want to do with him creatively, so it’s a very frustrating place to be.”

Previous updates were available regarding Sheamus which was not positive, at all. He wrestled for one last time on post-Wrestlemania episode of Smackdown. His neck condition has not improved forcing him to take a hiatus. Speculations suggest that he might have to retire soon or he has quietly headed to his career-sunset point, already. Hopefully, we will get a concrete answer on this, soon.
