Becky Lynch will have to pull off double duties at Money in the Bank pay-per-view event. She is the WWE Raw and SmackDown Women’s Champion at the same time that hinted that WWE is probably moving towards unifying both the titles. But now it seems that is not the case as WWE will force her to defend both the championships at the upcoming event set for May 19th. She will compete in two separate championship matches which WWE confirmed following this week’s episode of the programming.

As seen on Smackdown Live, Charlotte Flair demanded a championship opportunity from Becky Lynch. She pointed out the fact that the title-holder never defeated her at Wrestlemania 35 but rather pinned Ronda Rousey. It automatically gives her a title shot for the lost Smackdown women’s championship. Still, Bayley interfered in between the conversation and hence Charlotte had to defeat her in order to earn the title match. She will now challenge the champion at Money in the Bank.

What will happen when The Man squares off against The Lady? Don’t miss WWE Money in the Bank, Sunday, May 19, streaming live at 7 ET/4 PT on the award-winning WWE Network.”
