There’s no denying about it as WWE made Kofi Kingston the first black champion in the company’s history. Now an acid test is waiting for him when he defends the WWE title against Kevin Owens. This man betrayed him following Wrestlemania with a blindside attack starting a fresh rivalry. The bad blood between these two has grown to the limit before the fights break out at Money in the Bank.

So, the question remains who will walk out of the WWE Championship match on this Sunday? Kofi Kingston has all the support from the WWE Universe, being the prime babyface of Smackdown roster. But Kevin Owens has a bulls-eye on the most prestigious prize in sports entertainment. He is willing to snatch the title from a man whom he does think relevant to carry the title.

But a reliable source hinted that the ongoing title run is not coming to an end, sooner. Slice Wrestling reported that WWE officials are high on Kofi Kingston who is likely to have a lengthy title reign. There’s no way that he is dropping the belt to Kevin Owens at Money in the Bank. However, the feud may continue between Kofi Kingston and Kevin Owens following Money in the Bank. Local advertisements in Saudi Arabia is promoting the same lineup for the WWE Championship to take place on June 7th. Additionally, these two may collide in one more match at Extreme Rules PPV in July. Randy Orton will be the third competitor in the upcoming title match making it a triple threat.
