The rivalry between Shane McMahon and The Miz continued on Smackdown Live as we move forward to Money in the Bank. These two engaged in another physical brawl on last night’s episode to create a chaotic scene. But once again, the younger McMahon took advantage using the number games in his favor to keep the A-lister down for good. So the entire scene closed with The Miz lying in his back, again.

Prior to this, Shane McMahon arrived on Smackdown to make an announcement over the Money in the Bank pay-per-view. He noted about competing The Miz and defeating him just like he did the same at Wrestlemania 35. He moved forward to the SmackDown Tag Team Championship match where two teams competed. Daniel Bryan and Rowan defeated The Usos coming from WWE Raw brand via pinfall win to capture the vacant titles.
But Shane McMahon did not leave the ring and wanted to spend more times discussing the high stakes at WWE Money in the Bank. He noted facing The Miz at Money in the Bank in a Steel Cage Match. In between his promos, The Hollywood star soon arrived from behind to blast him from behind. He wanted to seek redemption from the low blow given by McMahon from this week’s Monday Night Raw.
The Miz hammered away on Shane-O-Mac trying to punish him for his misdeed in recent times. Thankfully for McMahon, the former friends of Miz showed up to help him out of nowhere. It was the Miztourage members, Curtis Axel & Bo Dallas who pounded away on their former mentor helping out Shane McMahon to escape the scene. Miz still fought back Dallas and Axel and caught Shane on the ramp creating a brawl.
This time around, Shane McMahon had a steel chair in hand and he thrashed it on the back of The Miz. He did the same for a second time to keep his Money in the Bank opponent down for good. Shane is constantly having help from heel superstars to gain upper-hand against The Miz but he won’t have the same advantage at the PPV. These two superstars will compete at Money in the Bank inside a steel cage barring everyone from interfering. So most must-see superstar will get a solid chance of getting retribution.
