WWE News: Update on the suspension of Adam Rose, Konnor and Titus O’Neil

Arindam Paul / 22 April 2016

WWE is very strict when it comes to the rules and regulations of the company. There are many occasions when superstars got suspended for their misconducts. Like just two months earlier Titus O’Neil was suspended for pulling Vince McMahon by his hand even the camera was rolling and got terminated for 60 days. Alberto Del Rio was released from the company for putting his hands on a backstage employee.

Last Saturday WWE has issued a statement which noted that Adam Rose and Konnor from the Ascension got suspended effective immediately, for 60 days due to violating WWE’s Talent Wellness Program. The official website also revealed that Rose and former NXT Tag team champion, Konnor of the Ascension, have been suspended before in their WWE tenure.
As per reports from wrestlingINC.com, it is the second time that these two have been suspended by WWE. Konnor was suspended back in 2006 whereas Rose got suspended in 2013 for the very first time. However, WWE has never addressed it officially.

As for Titus O’Neil, he was suspended after being “playful, physical” with none other than Vince McMahon after Raw was going off the air. It was the night when Daniel Bryan got retired and the whole roster gathered to bid him adieu. When it was all over, Titus pulled Vince by his hand and incidentally that got caught on live television. This behavior was disliked by the Chairman and he decided to ban the former tag team champion for 90 days.
After huge social media protests, it was reduced to 60days. Last week, his days of suspension were officially over and he will be able to get back into the ring. WrestlingINC.com reports that Titus O’Neil would be back into the company on the 25th April’s episode of WWE Monday Night Raw in Hartford, CT. His backstage presence is confirmed but whether he would be wrestling or not is still a matter of time.
