WWE could end up facing a major problem while setting up Wrestlemania 35. This one is completely out of their hands and has no way to fix since mother-nature is standing against them. Apparently, bad weather could turn out to be a reason due to which WWE may have to cancel the biggest event or the year.

Why Alexa Bliss is hosting Wrestlemania 35?

Wrestlemania 35 is set to take place at the MetLife Stadium at East Rutherford area in New York, New Jersey. As per the reports, a heavy downpour could be the reason that the ‘show of shows’ gets canceled. The weather report is not in favor of WWE and might give a big headache as the D-Day approaches.

Which WWE stars will get grand entrance at Wrestlemania 35?

Mike Johnson of PWInsider.com discussed the possibility of a major issue that WWE might face regarding Wrestlemania 35. As he stated, there’s a chance of a blizzard hitting New York City on the day of the event i.e. April 7th. However, there’s still no such official statement is out there courtesy of WWE that indicates their concern.

The backstage believe is that WWE still has a way out of the problem. Wrestlemania is a global show that gets compared to events like FIFA world cup or Superbowl. The host city generates a huge revenue via hosting the show. Unless the situation gets really worst, we should not expect any abrupt change.

Here’s more from what Johnson said, Johnson said (H/T Credits Reddit User u/shadow_spinner08):

“Unless the government shuts down the State of New Jersey, that show is going to take place no matter how inclement the weather may be. WWE has a specially designed ring that pumps heat out of the ring posts so talents will be working in a heated ring no matter the temperature and the ring will be covered from the elements as well, so trust me, that show will take place whether there is rain, sleet, snow or locusts.”

We should note that MetLife Stadium is a Football Stadium where Wrestlemania 35 emanates from. This is the 14th time that WWE is hosting the grandest event of the year. While arranging a show in an outdoor stadium, you have to deal with such problems that nature could cause. However, it does not look like that any cancellation or postpone announcement is waiting for the audience.

Vince McMahon himself goes with the motto that the show must go on no matter what. So there’s no way that the show of shows gets stopped unless the situation goes out of hand. The fans in attendance may face a problem as they’ll have to bear the cold if blizzard does hit the city. It might have a negative effect on the superstars, as well.
