Months of speculations came to an end regarding AJ Styles followed by a tweet, last night. He declared on the social media to let know renewal of his deal with the WWE through which he will continue to perform under the biggest pro-wrestling banner. It definitely came as one of the biggest news for the WWE Universe who wanted AJ to stay and entertain us competing in some high-profile matches.

Ronda Rousey went berserk on Raw

Here’s more from WWE.com to confirm the deal extension,

“SmackDown LIVE is The House that AJ Styles Built, but The Phenomenal One needs to start drawing up blueprints for a doghouse because the Styles family welcomed a puppy into the clan on Monday. Styles posted a picture of the sleeping puppy on Twitter. In the tweet, Styles also casually mentioned that he signed a new contract, silencing any chatter or rumors about his WWE future. No big deal.”

There’s no update on how many years the WWE deal will remain intact for AJ Styles. Previously he signed his first contract in 2016 for three years. Rumors suggest this one should be a multi-year deal, too. For now, AJ Styles is heading into a dream match at Wrestlemania 35. He will take on against Randy Orton in a match that we anticipated seeing for a long time. Finally, it will come to a culmination.

When it comes to determining benchmark performances in the pro-wrestling world, AJ Styles is the name that comes to mind, very first. He is often being said as the best in-ring performer of this generation. Prior to coming to the WWE, he was the franchise player of the TNA wrestling promotion.

After taking the company to the new heights, he parted ways with it and started performing in the independent wrestling circuit. Then he ended up being at the New Japan Pro-wrestling promotion to earn more fame around the eastern countries before joining the biggest pro-wrestling promotion.

Ever since coming to the WWE, AJ has proven to be the path-breaking performer that has been carrying the Smackdown Live brand on his shoulder from day one. Quite rightfully, he has become a two-time WWE Champion with the latest reign coming by defeating Jinder Mahal.
